These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Bunkakada YouTube API Manager (the “Application,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By connecting an account to or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of the Application
The Application provides tools for connecting authorized YouTube channels and performing user-directed actions such as uploading, scheduling, publishing, and managing videos and related metadata. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time.
2. Eligibility and Account Authority
You may use the Application only if you are legally able to agree to these Terms. You represent that:
- You own or are authorized to manage every Google or YouTube account that you connect.
- The information you provide is accurate and current.
- Your use of the Application complies with applicable laws and platform rules.
You are responsible for activity performed through your connected accounts and for protecting access to your accounts and devices.
3. Google and YouTube Terms
The Application uses Google APIs and YouTube API Services. By using YouTube-related features, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, the Google Privacy Policy, and applicable Google and YouTube developer policies. If these Terms conflict with mandatory Google or YouTube requirements, those requirements control for the applicable service.
4. Authorization and Permissions
You choose whether to grant the Application access to your Google or YouTube account. The Application will act only within the permissions you approve. You may revoke access at any time through the Google Account permissions page. Revoking access may disable features that depend on the connected account.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Application to:
- Upload or distribute content that is unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited.
- Violate copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Mislead users, manipulate engagement, distribute spam, or circumvent platform enforcement or restrictions.
- Access or attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
- Interfere with the Application, Google services, YouTube services, or their security and operational limits.
- Use the Application in a manner that violates YouTube Community Guidelines or applicable API policies.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit or publish through the Application. You grant us only the limited permission necessary to process and transmit that content as directed by you. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content and its publication are lawful and permitted by the relevant platform.
7. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep the Application available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. Google or YouTube may change APIs, quotas, permissions, or policies, which may affect Application features. We may modify or suspend features to maintain security, comply with platform requirements, or address technical issues.
8. Suspension or Termination
We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms, applicable law, or platform rules have been violated, or if action is necessary to protect the Application, users, or third parties. You may stop using the Application at any time and revoke its Google access.
9. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or guaranteed publishing results. We do not control YouTube decisions regarding content review, availability, monetization, channel status, or enforcement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of content, revenue, data, account access, or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the Application.

Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the Application, legal requirements, or platform policies change. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
