This Privacy Policy explains how Bunkakada YouTube API Manager (the “Application,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when a user connects a Google or YouTube account to the Application.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on the permissions granted by the user, the Application may receive:
- Basic Google account information, such as an email address and account identifier.
- YouTube channel information, including channel ID, channel name, and channel metadata.
- Information about videos, playlists, uploads, and publishing activity managed through the Application.
- OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens required to perform authorized YouTube actions.
- Technical records needed for security, diagnostics, connection status, and error handling.
We do not receive or store the user’s Google password.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information only to provide and maintain features requested or authorized by the user, including:
- Connecting and verifying the user’s YouTube channel.
- Uploading, scheduling, publishing, or managing videos and related metadata.
- Refreshing an authorized connection without requiring repeated sign-in.
- Displaying connection status and diagnosing API or publishing errors.
- Protecting the Application against unauthorized use and maintaining service reliability.
3. Google and YouTube API Services
The Application uses Google APIs and YouTube API Services. Its use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Use of YouTube features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or use Google or YouTube user data for advertising. We do not share that data with unrelated third parties, except:
- When required to operate infrastructure that supports the Application.
- When required by law, legal process, or to protect users and the security of the service.
- When the user explicitly directs or authorizes the disclosure.
5. Data Storage and Security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Application’s functions, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect stored information. However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. Revoking Access and Deleting Data
A user may revoke the Application’s access at any time through the Google Account permissions page:

Users may also request deletion of information associated with their connected account by emailing [email protected]. Please identify the Google account or YouTube channel connected to the Application. We may request reasonable verification before processing a deletion request.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Application is not directed to children under 13 and is not intended to collect personal information from children. If we learn that such information has been collected without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Application, legal requirements, or data practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
